Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to oversee and manage a team of end-user support professionals, focusing on delivering excellent technical assistance, troubleshooting, and user-focused solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead the end-to-end delivery of technical services, ensuring seamless service provision
  • To establish, monitor, and enforce service standards and performance metrics
  • To act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, driving proactive solutions and continual service improvement initiatives
  • To develop, document, and maintain operational procedures
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
  • To implement and maintain service management best practices based on ITIL framework
  • To identify recurring issues and drive proactive solutions and continual service improvement initiatives
  • To oversee training and upskilling of support staff
  • To manage vendor relationships, hardware/software procurement, and license compliance

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Strong technical expertise in end-user computing, system administration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with ITIL framework and service management tools
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
