Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Rénakar Real Estate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our real estate consulting services and generating new business opportunities. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range.


About the Role



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our real estate consulting services
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and conducting sales presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand professional connections
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis

Salary and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.


Requirements and Qualifications



  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
