Job Title: Customer Experience Liaison

Location: Chennai

Working Hours:

  • Permanent Work from Office on all days
  • Australian Business Hours (2:30 am / 3:30 am IST till 11:30 am and 12:30 pm)
  • Holidays are followed as per Australian calendar.

Job Summary:

We seek an accomplished professional with exceptional English communication skills and experience in B2B and B2C international customer service. This role involves effective coordination with Australian customers and stakeholders, along with fiber order management.

Key Skills Capabilities:

  • Strong Communication skills including experience handling international Customer calls and effective written communication.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and Customer communication via calls and mails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • Accurately conduct feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring adherence to client standards and guidelines.
  • Responsible for Order and contract creation, follow-up, and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status.
  • Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders (including end customers, Field teams, design teams, and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Ensure 100% Quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
  • Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per the agreed process.

Tools & Systems Knowledge (Optional):

  • Salesforce, Google Map, PNI – Spatial net

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English).
  • Order Management knowledge is preferable.
