Job Title: Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivables professional.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of resolving customer inquiries, managing billing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

This position involves working closely with the field location team, debtors, and customers to resolve issues related to billing, payments, and account discrepancies.

You will be responsible for investigating customer complaints, negotiating payment plans, and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner.

This role also requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will be required to perform day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to seniors.

The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of billing and invoicing, conversance with various online tools and systems, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.

You will be responsible for downloading bank statements for all accounts, providing bank statements and remittances to collectors on the same day, and performing regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, a results-driven approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work products.
