Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Solution Expert.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with a focus on process improvement and system integration. They will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our business, while ensuring seamless interaction between systems and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop effective solutions using ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Take ownership of complex projects and work them through to completion
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles
  • Configure and maintain workflows, flow designs, scripts, UI design, ACL, and business rules
  • Participate in regular status updates and provide insights on project progress and challenges

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and DevOps tools
