Key Account Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing business outcomes in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive channel expansion and monitor performance across all retail outlets in the territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize all points within a centre.
  • Lead performance of preferred outlets and ensure world-class customer experience at Jio Points.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and governance at all Jio Points.
