Job Title: Insurance Domain Expert About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Insurance domain to join our team. As a key liaison between business and technical teams, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting business requirements, developing functional specifications, and collaborating on data integrations involving Salesforce and Microsoft SQL Server.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document comprehensive requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Develop clear and detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and data integration teams to ensure alignment with technical constraints and best practices.
  • Create and maintain test plans and strategies for both functional and integration testing.
  • Provide critical input on test coverage, edge cases, and risk mitigation strategies.
 Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance (P&C) domains.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations, APIs, third-party tools, and middleware.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and SQL for data analysis or integration.
