Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Center developer with 5-11 years of overall IT experience and extensive knowledge of the platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and integration with external systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and customize Policy Center modules for underwriting, policy transactions, rating, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Develop business rules, workflows, and product models in Policy Center.
  • Implement Gosu code, PCF screens, and entity enhancements for policy operations.
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems (billing, CRM, third-party services).
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning for Policy Center applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical configurations.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Guidewire and Policy Center versions 10 and Cloud.
  • Guidewire Cloud Certified.
  • Experience in implementation projects.
  • Strong Insurance domain knowledge (Property & Casualty background).
  • In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model).
  • Hands-on experience in Policy Center configuration.
  • Experience integrating with external systems using supported integration techniques.
  • Knowledge of GX Model, Entity Populator, and XML.
  • Experience on Oracle / SQL Server and strong SQL knowledge.
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology environment.
