Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to drive key requirements elicitation, design, and review sessions for the implementation of Policy and Data Insight products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customer business leads and various business team members to define the business vision and scope for the project.
  • Drive key requirements elicitation, design, and review sessions.
  • Provide detailed business scenarios to help define and test the solution.
  • Help businesses organize and control business acceptance testing of the solution.
  • Develop business user documentation for the final solution.
  • Ensure user training is adequately carried out.
  • Analyze business functional requirements.
  • Transfer knowledge on various applications and document and share information with resources assigned to provide the required services.
  • Highlight risks for deviation from OOTB behavior for any business user stories.
  • Perform impact analysis for change requests.
  • Familiarity with PC insurance products, rules, and methodologies.
  • Ability to write concise user stories and precise acceptance criteria.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask.
  • Candidate should be initiative-taking with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
  • Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation.
  • Inquisitive in nature.
  • The ability to think critically.
  • A liaison between the business side of an enterprise and the information technology department or external service providers.
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
