Job Description

Our team is counting on you to:

  • Manage your workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of all tasks as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Understand and process cases in accordance with established process guidelines and checklists
  • Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per company standards
  • Evaluate and escalate delays or queries appropriately after thorough investigation
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and update process manuals accordingly
  • Perform quality checks in line with process requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client services
  • Participate in process updates, knowledge tests, training sessions, and coaching programs
  • Maintain adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Highlight operational risks promptly and escalate them to the relevant authorities for corrective action
  • Comply with data and information security guidelines

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems, and adapt to change
  • Capacity to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • 6 months - 4 years of experience in insurance broking domain
