Strategic AI Leader

We are seeking a visionary AI Strategy Executive to spearhead large-scale AI innovation within the insurance sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies across core insurance functions (underwriting, claims, fraud, pricing, customer experience).
  • Identify business opportunities where AI/ML and LLMs can drive measurable impact.
  • Lead and scale global teams of 50+ Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Cloud Specialists.
  • Design and deliver LLM-powered solutions using cutting-edge frameworks.
  • Establish and enforce AI governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with insurance leaders and clients to co-create high-value solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 20+ years in IT, including 10+ years in AI/ML and at least 3 years in Generative AI.
  • Hands-on expertise with Python, PySpark, SQL, ML/DL architectures (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, GRU, AutoEncoders).
  • Proficiency with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, ChromaDB, Falcon, Dolly, LLaMA, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kedro).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
