Job Opportunity: Master CNC Programmer

A highly skilled and experienced Master CNC Programmer is required to spearhead innovative manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and validating Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) programs using advanced software technologies such as NX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop CAM Programs: Utilize expertise in NX software to design, create, and optimize CAM programs for 3D models, defining cutting tools and strategies.
  • Validate Outputs: Run simulations, generate NC code, and perform virtual testing to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Process Inputs: Validate 3D models against 2D drawings, assemble part geometry in fixtures, and ensure seamless production execution.
  • Support Production: Collaborate with process engineers to implement CAM programs on CNC machines, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Analyze quality control reports, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve the manufacturing process.
  • Documentation: Create setup sheets and work instructions for CNC operators to facilitate efficient production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in NX CAM programming or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in GD&T, CNC machines, NX CAD, cutting tools, and FANUC Controller, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
