Job Title: Lead Project Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Project Specialist to join our Oracle Utilities project team. This role involves collaborating with a utility client in Saudi Arabia to oversee the implementation of Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.

The ideal candidate will manage the daily tasks of a small team, while ensuring timely completion of project deliverables that meet customer expectations and business value.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing PMO artifacts such as project plans and JIRA boards.
  • Tracking risks and issues, facilitating problem resolution, and managing issue escalation.
  • Providing regular project status reports and debriefs to leadership.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills comfortable providing project updates to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams promote effective communication resolve conflict and handle conflicting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in computer science Engineering Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
