Legal Advisor Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing commercial contracts through drafting, reviewing and negotiating.
  • Providing strategic legal advice on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the life science and biotechnology sectors.
  • Managing disputes and collaborating with external counsel when necessary.

Additionally, you will conduct legal research, provide updates on legislative changes affecting the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on legal matters.

Requirements:
  • Qualification: A degree in law from a recognized university, preferably with a specialization in commercial or corporate law.
  • Experience: Handling contracts, regulatory compliance and legal advisory services in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of applicable legal frameworks in the life science and biotechnology industries.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and negotiation skills.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
