The Opportunity
  • Provide full-range legal advice and services as a business partner across our operations.
  • Support manufacturing and business units through contracting and providing other needed legal advice.
  • Draft contracts, formalize terms of agreement, and draft other legal documents to safeguard and promote our best interests.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes, as well as with our global and local policies.
Your Expertise and Qualifications
  • University degree in Law (CS qualification will be an added advantage).
  • Solid post-qualification experience as a commercial lawyer with at least 5-7 years of experience in business operations or law firm associate/in-house lawyer.
  • Solid commercial and contract law experience, with knowledge and experience with Employee law-related issues being an added advantage.
