Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business and Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our litigation practice group, you will be responsible for handling complex commercial disputes and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and draft legal documents, including notices, plaints, and petitions, with minimal supervision.
Coordinate with clients and colleagues to ensure timely filing and effective litigation management.
Represent clients in District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.
Assist senior lawyers during evidence and argument stages, developing expertise in areas such as IBC, CPC, and company law.
Qualifications:
We require a lawyer with 2+ years of experience practicing before Trial courts at Bangalore, having knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and proficiency in Kannada is preferred.
