Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Associate in Dispute Resolution. The Associate will be responsible for managing and handling various legal disputes, including civil, criminal, and commercial litigation matters. Day-to-day tasks include legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and strategies to clients. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities with colleagues and clients. We are looking for associates preferably who have 2 to 4 years of PQE.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication skills;
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Law (LL.B);
- Preferably 0 to 3 years of PQE;
- Bar Council of India membership is required;
- Experience in dispute resolution and litigation is preferred;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; and
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
