About the Role
ClayWorks is looking for a talented and experienced professional to lead our Founders Office as a Founders Office Lead - Operations Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, launching key initiatives, and establishing strategic partnerships.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the market and across industries.
- Operational Efficiency: Work with Department Heads to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Fundraising: Identify potential investors, pitch the company's vision and growth potential, and negotiate deal terms.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- MBA from top colleges with 3-5 years' experience in consulting or investment banking.
- High ownership, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
