HR and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to provide comprehensive support for our organization.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners.

Main administrative duties include maintaining accurate personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating our databases effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain individual employee files in a secure and compliant manner
  • Maintain and prepare all HR documents, such as employment contracts and policies
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare regular reports and submit HR metrics to senior management
  • Solve complex employee queries and concerns
  • Support payroll by providing accurate employee data and benefits information
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms efficiently
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive business growth

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate may also be involved in general administration tasks, back-office functions, and business development activities.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Significant experience in an HR Administrator or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other software tools
  • In-depth knowledge of government laws and regulations related to HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
