We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & HR Operations:
    • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee information, including joining formalities and documentation.
    • Develop and implement effective attendance and leave management strategies.
  • Administration & Office Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations to ensure seamless functioning.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination with efficiency.
    • Ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked and facilities are well-maintained.
  • Reception & Front Desk Duties:
    • Welcoming visitors and clients with courtesy and professionalism.
    • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other communication in a timely manner.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Entry-level professionals or those with 0-1 year of relevant experience in HR or administration are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
