Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow architecture expert to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable solutions across multiple IT modules. This key role requires in-depth technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive architecture plans for ServiceNow deployments, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical designs.
  • Design and optimize IT service management processes, including CMDB, discovery, service mapping, event management, and HR service delivery.
  • Implement IT asset management lifecycle solutions, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of hardware and software assets.
  • Lead integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure solution scalability, performance, and security.
  • Participate in governance, code reviews, and platform upgrades, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years focused on ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering large-scale ServiceNow solutions, with a strong track record of success.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with system integrations, enterprise architecture, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business leaders and technical teams.
