Role Overview

At Karnival, we're seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global clients across multiple industries. We're looking for someone with a customer-first attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and report technical issues and bugs in our products, providing solutions and workarounds as needed.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to align on product requirements and feasibility checks.
  • Test new products, gather customer feedback, and share it with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively manage customer portfolios to understand upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations with the sales team to drive lead conversion.
  • Provide smooth onboarding for clients, offering implementation and technical support as needed.
  • Create high-quality knowledge bases, user instructions, FAQs, and other repositories to support customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain a rapport.
  • Articulate technical aspects of our product to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
  • Strong time management and client management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
