  • Share feature requests and workarounds with team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with the product team.

Requirements

  • Any graduation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent English and Hindi mandatory.
