About the Role

The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers via phone, chat, and webcase.
  • Taking ownership of customer queries and ensuring resolution within agreed timeframes.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
  • Ensuring complete command over tools and applications used in the contact center.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Detailed knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
  • Strong typing speed (35 WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
