This role involves providing 24/7 support to customers across phone, chat, and webcase for a global client. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe Customer Support Associate will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers via phone, chat, and webcase.
- Taking ownership of customer queries and ensuring resolution within agreed timeframes.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- Ensuring complete command over tools and applications used in the contact center.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Detailed knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- Strong typing speed (35 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
