About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our team at Jar. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective support via chat, voice, and email.
  • Conduct surveys to understand customer usage and experience, and collect feedback to improve our services.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as needed.
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
