About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and diligent Customer Support Executive to join our team at NextGrowth Labs. This role will involve managing day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our outbound sales outreach, including phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure. Experience with sales engagement platforms and tools, such as Apollo.io and Hubspot, is a plus.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for identifying eligible leads, performing SEO/ASO audits, and engaging with clients directly. You will also have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of sales engagement platforms and outreach processes.

This role is ideal for candidates who are hungry to learn and upskill themselves in outreach and sales. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our outbound sales outreach
  • Identify eligible leads and perform SEO/ASO audits
  • Engage with clients directly and develop a deep understanding of sales engagement platforms and outreach processes
  • Develop a versatile skill set to support a variety of different sales & business functions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1+ years work experience in online B2B Sales, Outreach associate or Customer Support Executive or similar role
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and tools, such as Apollo.io and Hubspot
