Job Title: HR Administrator

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Administrator to support our day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:
    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Manage employee records and ensure databases are up-to-date.
    • Support performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
    • Coordinate payroll preparation and collaborate with the accounts team.
    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Administration:
    • Oversee office administration, including facilities and vendor management.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, office supplies, and other administrative logistics.
    • Ensure smooth functioning of IT, housekeeping, and maintenance support.
    • Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
