Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Specialist - Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding for new joinees – from documentation to induction and first-day experience.
  • Culture Ambassador - Plan and execute engaging activities and initiatives to boost employee morale and strengthen team culture.
  • Talent Liaison - Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, building trust and maintaining regular touchpoints.
  • Administrative Support - Assist with HR administrative tasks such as online database management, coordinating with central HR teams, and supporting payroll or compliance processes.
  • HR Advisor - Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically.
  • Performance Partner - Act as an HR business partner for a small group of employees, providing support on performance discussions, feedback sessions, pulse checks, and team dynamics.
  • Culture Champion - Help nurture and promote core values and inclusive culture across the office.
