Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Admin Assistant Manager to support our
HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR
functions, office administration, employee engagement, and compliance across our Kolkata
office.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
 Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
 Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
 Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
 Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts team.
 Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Administration:
 Oversee day-to-day office administration including facilities and vendor management.
 Coordinate travel arrangements, office supplies, and other administrative logistics.
 Ensure smooth functioning of IT, housekeeping, and maintenance support.
 Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation.
Key Requirements:
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
 Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
