We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team.
- This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking and operational execution to foster a positive work environment, drive human resources and administrative functions, and ensure the overall success of our organization.
As a seasoned HR Manager, you will play a key part in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting orientation programs for new employees, and overseeing employee relations to ensure a positive working environment. Your responsibilities will also span from policy development and benefits administration to employee development and performance management.
- You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment and onboarding strategies
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Conducting orientation programs for new employees
- Overseeing employee relations and ensuring a positive working environment
- Addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
- Implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Developing and implementing performance management processes
- Identifying training and development needs for employees
- Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Providing guidance on HR-related matters
- Managing office facilities, including space planning and maintenance
- Supervising administrative staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
