We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team.

  • This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking and operational execution to foster a positive work environment, drive human resources and administrative functions, and ensure the overall success of our organization.
About The Role

As a seasoned HR Manager, you will play a key part in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting orientation programs for new employees, and overseeing employee relations to ensure a positive working environment. Your responsibilities will also span from policy development and benefits administration to employee development and performance management.

  • You will be responsible for:
    • Developing and implementing effective recruitment and onboarding strategies
    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
    • Conducting orientation programs for new employees
    • Overseeing employee relations and ensuring a positive working environment
    • Addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
    • Implementing employee engagement initiatives
    • Developing and implementing performance management processes
    • Identifying training and development needs for employees
    • Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures
    • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
    • Providing guidance on HR-related matters
    • Managing office facilities, including space planning and maintenance
    • Supervising administrative staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
