About the Role

Our company is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function in a dynamic real estate industry setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Recruitment by managing the hiring process and ensuring that we attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment, enhance collaboration, and boost morale.
  • Oversee off-site management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as maintaining high standards of workplace safety.
  • Handle Performance Appraisal, providing constructive feedback to improve employee performance, address any concerns, and promote professional growth.
  • Visit sites occasionally to monitor laborer welfare, ensure compliance with labor laws, and provide support when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all kinds of labor laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned, leveraging expertise to drive business results.
  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is highly valued, but not required for this role.
