We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of labor legislation, excellent communication abilities, and leadership skills.

This role is responsible for designing company policies that promote a healthy work environment, developing compensation and benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

The successful candidate will be able to set objectives for the HR team, track progress, and implement changes as needed.

A strong background in Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for fostering healthy employee relations, monitoring HR metrics, and organizing learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement company policies
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Support and suggest improvements to the recruitment process
  • Host in-house recruitment events
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
