Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to manage and implement all aspects of our human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth and development.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports in compliance with audit and data privacy standards.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our organization's values.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
