Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Client Servicing Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Craft and implement effective project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative content strategies, pitches, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of projects and key milestones, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the delivery process.
  • Support managers in prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and maintaining schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and creativity in our content development processes.
  • Conduct thorough competitive and industry analysis to gain insights into brand positioning, target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior.
  • Ensure timely collection and integration of data and inputs from functional teams for social media and brand analysis report creation.
  • Adhere to internal service level agreements (SLAs), prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver work on time while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
