Senior Business Development Professional

This role is focused on driving client engagement to ensure successful partnerships between clients and the organization.

  • Lead business development efforts, delivering strategic insights and solutions that drive business growth.
  • Support senior business relationship managers in developing strategies to meet client business objectives.
  • Manage and supervise global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key opinion leaders, pricing experts, and community leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise local healthcare professional targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses.
  2. Assist in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and participation in sales meetings.
  3. Create, develop, and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials.
  4. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  5. Collaborate with client teams, including medical affairs, commercial analytics, marketing, and field teams, to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using the organization's platform.
  6. Liaise with the client's internal support teams, such as IT.
  7. Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams.
  8. Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from the technology team.
  9. Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
  10. Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, project management software, word processing software, email software, and presentation software.
