Job Title: Reception and Client Services Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reception and Client Services Coordinator. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track client interactions and service delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Any graduate degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse types of people.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
