Project Management Opportunities

     We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee our projects and provide exceptional service to clients. This role will involve working closely with senior account directors to serve as a liaison between the organization and its clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution ensuring timely completion and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's research problem and develop localized research instruments to support project objectives.
  • Train and brief data collection teams on project requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, ethnographies and other qualitative research methods.
  • Monitor data collection and quality control processes to ensure smooth project execution.

Client Servicing:

  • Manage all communication with clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide market insights to clients helping them understand local markets.
  • Proactively address issues and offer actionable solutions to ensure project success.

Essential Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong inter-team management skills.
  • Ability to derive insightful qualitative findings and present compelling research reports to clients.
  • Open to traveling across India for project management and client visits.
