Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Scrum Master with a proven track record in U.S. healthcare and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

  • Collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, prioritize user stories, and manage product backlogs effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation strategies.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution using Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.

Requirements: Detail-oriented professional with 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital pathology workflows and systems, prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM), and technical familiarity with laboratory or imaging systems.
