Job Description:
The Sales Team Lead will play a crucial role in driving SME B2B sales, particularly targeting small businesses in tier 2/3 cities. This involves cultivating and nurturing relationships with potential franchisees, spearheading presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of joining our network, and providing ongoing support and guidance to optimize their use of our tech platform and marketing resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of team handling experience, demonstrating ability to effectively lead and manage a team towards achieving goals.
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in industries such as SaaS, Edtech, or B2B franchise, showcasing ability to drive revenue and foster business partnerships.
- A strong understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations is essential, enabling candidates to effectively articulate the benefits of our tech solutions to prospective franchisees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as candidates will need to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders, including franchisees and internal teams.
- Candidates should be highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and expansion within the franchise network.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, providing candidates with a solid foundation in business principles and strategies.
