Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Max Life Insurance team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Deliverables:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business acquisition plan for your territory, aligned with the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the home office team to ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
  • Provide coaching and support to sales teams to ensure they are equipped to meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
Measures of Success:

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue. You will be expected to meet or exceed your targets, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
