We are category creators and front-runners in space, solving one of the most complex business problems globally.
We aim to create an ecosystem of trust for customers, construction professionals, and material vendors by disrupting the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.
The Indian real estate market is earmarked to be a massive $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030.
We are on a path to capture this super-broken market using our technology and processes, expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months.
We have raised a total of $16 million through Series A2 round with investments from Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures.
In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.
Job DescriptionThis role involves developing and executing B2B business strategy for the Bangalore region aligned with national goals.
You will identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion.
Your primary responsibility will be building a strong presence in local industry forums, associations, and networks.
- Drive acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
- Lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
- Manage P&L for the Bangalore region ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
- Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
You must have:
- An MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5–12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
- A strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks.
- A proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
