Drive Sales Growth as a Business Growth Leader

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering compelling value propositions across the APA region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth across the APA region.
  2. Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams to convert leads into sustainable business opportunities.
  3. Lead cross-functional initiatives to support sales growth and ensure high-impact opportunities are identified and executed effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business or Sales Development with proven B2B exposure, ideally in the Mobile Off-Highway sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and execution capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset-adaptable, self-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills with proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office 365.
