Job TitleBusiness Overview: As a Regional Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and business success across various channels. You will be responsible for overseeing complete business operations, including profitability, forecasting sales targets, and their execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-line revenue through all channels – Dealers/Sub-Dealers, Online, and Digital Partners.
  • Oversee complete business operations, including profitability, forecasting monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, and their execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue streams – cross-selling (ETB), new sources for outbound campaigns, third-party products, etc.
  • Drive team performance for critical revenue parameters: ROI, PF, insurance penetration.
  • Propose and execute strategies for higher market penetration and faster portfolio build-up.
  • Create a high-quality UCL Lending Book and increase lending penetration in the UCL Loans Segment.

Channel Management & Distribution:
  • Ensure sourcing mix through channels in the most cost-effective manner, controlling Cost of Acquisition.
  • Ensure delivery of region-wise disbursal volumes, revenues, and yield targets.
  • Develop and implement an appropriate sales management system to track sales force productivity and performance in line with budget.
  • Leverage marketing/product support/manufacturer support for enhancing business penetration.
  • Trigger promotional activities/events such as inserts/loan melas to ensure continuous funnelling.
  • Plan expansion into new areas/locations/markets/branches.
