Project Leadership Opportunity

  • This is a highly skilled leadership role that oversees and manages complex enterprise-scale projects across the organization.
  • The successful candidate will have exceptional technical expertise in Oracle EBS, with hands-on experience in PL/SQL development, finance, and supply chain management.
  • This project leader will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic initiatives from initiation to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for Oracle EBS initiatives, including upgrades, integrations, customizations, and new implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance in Oracle EBS modules (Finance and SCM).
  • Write, review, and optimize PL/SQL code for reports, interfaces, and custom solutions.
  • Oversee technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including DBAs, developers, business analysts, and functional consultants.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.
