Senior Application Manager Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the overall performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox and SAP Treasury.
  2. Evaluate and develop new applications to meet business needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  4. Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards by liaising with external regulators.
  5. Support application upgrades, changes, and integration projects to drive business efficiency.
  6. Lead the resolution of application-related incidents and ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes.
  7. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs, and track application budgets and licensing costs.
  8. Maintain accurate application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in managing enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox and SAP Treasury.
  • Strong exposure to regulatory interactions and ITIL processes.
  • Excellent vendor and budget management skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
