Job Title: Senior ACH Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced project manager to lead high-profile projects involving Automated Clearing House (ACH) initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption to payment processing and clearing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including banks, financial institutions, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely ACH processing.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and ensure successful execution through effective risk management and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices in ACH operations and payment systems.
  • Lead impact assessments, prepare comprehensive project documentation, and ensure adherence to governance and audit standards.
  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance metrics to senior management.
