Lead Technical Program Manager Opportunity

We have an urgent requirement for a Lead Technical Program Manager with one of our clients in Chennai & Mumbai Location. Please find the below job description and qualifications.

This is a full-time role that requires immediate to 1-month notice period.

Job Summary:

  • This is a senior-level technical program management position, responsible for managing large-scale programs across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program strategies to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within budget and time constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Conduct regular status updates and progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in financial services or technology.
  • Experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $10 million.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of banking systems, including core banking, payment processing, and risk management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
  • Understanding of data management, analytics, and reporting platforms.
