Job Title: Senior Structural Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior structural engineering project manager to oversee our structural engineering and Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team of engineers and modelers in delivering high-quality structural engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects, guiding engineers and modelers in achieving high-quality deliverables within project timelines and standards.
  2. Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with industry codes and project specifications.
  3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), and construction teams for seamless project integration.
  4. Ensure adherence to industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans through thorough design checks, clash detection, and model validation.
  5. Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Monitor project progress, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining open communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects, with a strong focus on team management and project coordination.
  • Profound knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards, as well as proficiency in BIM software and structural analysis tools.
  • Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
