Industrial Steel Structure Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented designer to join our team. The role involves designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of industrial civil foundations and steel structures.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural design, project execution, and compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural components for industrial civil foundations and steel structures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Reviewing and approving design calculations, models, and construction documents.
  • Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
  • Performing feasibility studies and cost estimations for structural projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, AISC, Eurocodes, or other international standards.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing detailed engineering drawings and models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
