Job Overview:

A Structural Engineering Lead oversees a team of junior engineers, ensuring timely project delivery within quality and cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of structural engineers to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and review structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures using software tools like ETABS, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro.
  • Optimize structural systems and materials to meet project requirements.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders on structural matters and prepare technical reports and proposals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in structural engineering, leadership skills, and experience working with various software tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
